Job Title: Program Finance Analyst
Job Location: Los Angeles or Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)
Job Description: Work closely with program managers, procurement, and contracts to develop, track, analyze, and submit proposals within the guidelines of the customer request for quote/proposal.
Essential Functions:
- Preparing as directed by customer request for quote/proposal pricing based upon inputs from the various stakeholders within the organization
- Review bills of material and work with stakeholders to review and confirm the information is complete
- Review basis of estimates for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare pricing files for review, approval, and submittal to the customer
- Maintain material costing database
- Support contracts with audit fact finds and negotiations
- Providing financial support to DCMA/DCAA audits
- Conducting ad hoc analysis as required
- Interface with various levels of management, Program Office, and functional departments to support programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior experience.
- Basic understanding of cost accounting and FA principles. Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERPs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
- Should be a self-starter that can work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to work well within a team.
- Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance if needed.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $75,000- $115,000 in California. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
