Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing / Fortune 500Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Maintenance Manager for our client’s Winchester, VA area operation. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the strategic operational oversight for all of maintenance within a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You’ll plan, direct, and monitor preventative, and corrective maintenance, and repair activities to ensure the facilities, machinery and equipment operate reliably and efficiently. Champion for safety, ensuring the safety execution of all maintenance activities, are conducted within our safety procedures. Provides a safe and controlled work environment for manufacturing personnel and contractors while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Maintenance / Engineering experience in plastic injection manufacturing environment.
- Proven management experience in a Lean Manufacturing culture
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or related field
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment with competing priorities.
- Critical Thinker, who seeks out areas of opportunity and finds solutions to problems.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to project manage, setting short- and long- term goals while meeting established project timelines.
- Financial Acumen, responsible for managing capital projects, budgeting, as well as P&L
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills (written, verbal and in person)
- Excellent MS Office software skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
