Embark on an exciting leadership role at Qantas Freight as the Customer Service Manager, based in Hong Kong. In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team while aligning with Qantas Freight's objectives to lead customer-facing teams, ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality customer service.
As the Manager of a team of Freight Solutions Advisers in Hong Kong, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer services. Additionally, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of a continual service improvement program across Qantas Freight Enterprises. This entails taking responsibility for Cargo Claims, customer relations, and customer correspondence, playing a key role in standardising customer service standards and procedures.
You’ll have –
- Management experience in an operational environment with significant people management responsibility
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement philosophy
- Strong understanding of Freight operational and sales procedures
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Demonstrated business planning and strategy skills
- Proven customer service skills with an ability to forge commercially successful relationships/partnerships
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Sound understanding of business financials and operating styles
- Understanding of the commercial and business environment and Qantas goals
- Demonstrable ability to create and manage a network of business relationships
- Ability to speak Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
