Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a highly motivated Administration Rep to support the Geospatial Technology Program Area within the Sensors and Global Sustainment Line of Business. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships. The candidate will support the program with administrative matters in areas such as logistics, finance, purchasing, and security. This is a part-time position located in Greensboro, NC.
Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Researches, compiles, and summarizes information for reports or presentations
- Budget monitoring/tracking
- Event Planning/Coordination
- Travel Coordination/Expense Reporting/Reconciliation
- Support purchase requests
- Asset/Inventory Management
- Support coordination of Import/Export licenses
- POC for Building Landlord/Vendors
