PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Finance Application Manager to lead our Oracle ERP & One Stream EPM systems, championing digitalization initiatives and enhancing our financial reporting and analytics capabilities using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Power BI (PBI). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing financial applications, a passion for leveraging digital technologies to transform financial operations, and reporting platforms.
This role involves not only managing and optimizing our current ERP and EPM systems but also mapping out and executing the future roadmap for Oracle ERP Fusion to ensure it aligns with our long-term business goals and digitalization strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial and technical acumen, strategic planning skills, and a visionary approach to leveraging technology for business growth.
What you will do:
- IS Management of Financial Systems:
Drive digital transformation efforts within the organization while ensuring effective control, risk reduction, and achievement of results in line with commitments for financial systems management. Responsibilities include evaluating business cases, developing capacity planning strategies, and utilizing influential skills to manage stakeholders, all within the constraints of budget and quality standards.
Within an Agile framework, you'll continually reassess business needs, adjust priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and pinpoint opportunities and risks. Your role involves overseeing financial initiatives to ensure optimal implementation, balancing stakeholder requirements, and maintaining the sprint backlog.
- Collaboration and Performance Monitoring:
Work in tandem with internal teams (IS, business, vendors) to ensure processes are aligned with specifications, especially focusing on system integration. Aim for continuous improvement in system functionalities, reporting, and processes.
Oversee the work of internal and offshore teams, ensuring operational stability and resolving defects. Lead through major incidents, coordinate crisis meetings as needed, and provide comprehensive technical, testing, and UAT support to the business, ensuring the completeness and quality of all finance-related project deliveries.
- Strategic Communications:
Execute communication strategies, resource and project plans, status reports, change requests, and risk assessments, including Steering Committee reports and lessons learned, prioritizing accuracy.
- Compliance and Audit Support:
Assist in fulfilling compliance and audit-related tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead digital transformation efforts within our organization, ensuring we meet our financial management commitments while reducing risks and achieving results.
- Work within an Agile framework to continuously assess business needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve system functionalities, reporting, and processes.
- Supervise teams, ensuring operational stability, resolving issues, and providing support for project deliveries.
- Execute communication strategies and assist with compliance and audit-related tasks.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with a focus on managing finance applications.
- Experience in successfully orchestrating the transition from Oracle ERP to Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, especially using Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools and experience in implementing reporting solutions.
- Relevant certifications in financial ERP systems, Oracle Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Azure DevOps, or related technologies are a plus.
