Role Introduction
Reports To: Bank Partnership Lead
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the development of Asia Miles finance partnerships. Reporting to the Bank Partnership Lead, the successful candidate will work with both existing and new partners to understand their needs, and devise solutions to achieve those goals
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, advise and support the leadership on new product/programme development with partners, including programme design, strategy, value proposition and program development
- Generate revenues and achieve sales targets by identifying new accrual partners and maximizing contribution of existing partners in the Finance sector in Hong Kong and overseas
- Draft, negotiate, and conclude with partners on commercial terms to maximise company’s benefits, manage and resolve contractual issues with partner
- Initiate, design and lead promotional campaigns with internal marketing experts
- Work closely with Outports on both minor and major projects to achieve assigned goals or capture incremental sales opportunities
- Work closely with AML related department to cross sell, leverage and maximize revenue and long term growth opportunities.
- Support regular business activities including communication and coordination with Finance partners and internal budgeting activities by using business analytics
- Good working rapport with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in business/ marketing or related discipline
- Minimum five years relevant experience in the field of business development, marketing or corporate strategy
- Experience in the financial institution industry such as banks is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in credit card business is preferred
- Mature, creative, and business minded, with excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
- Analytical, independent, and result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Fluent in written English and Chinese
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and conversant in Excel and PowerPoint applications
