Main responsibilities:
The PPM (Procurement Project Manager) systematically acts as the end-to-end Project manager of the purchased share all along the lifecycle of Products, Bids and Programs for DIS needs.
Under the responsibility of the DIS Procurement manager, the main missions of the position are for Indirect Expenses:
To contribute to the application of the strategy by the local organization.
To contribute to the optimization of the local sourcing in term of cost and quality (suppliers portfolio optimization)
To contribute to secure deliveries by choosing reliable suppliers and developing multi sourcing
To manage and launch RFQ / RFP and RFI to bench current market position and develop new supplier in order to remain competitive.
To ensure part of the administrative processes of Purchase Orders for manufacturing Non BOM items
To add additional support when required or Deputies within the Manufacturing Expenses process.
Support is needed with a procurement indirect purchasers
Main focus Indirect scope / market / projects and budget –
Skills and experience:
Candidate with CIPS Level 5 or MCIPS or/and 2 to 3 years minimum of purchasing experience: supplier’s portfolio management, contracts negotiation, demonstrated achievements in a Purchasing job
Good communication and negotiation skills
Full Procurement knowledge with experience within all aspects of procurement.
