Essential Functions:
• Manage and direct all phases of program activity from inception through completion in accordance with L3Harris processes and procedures
• Drive program execution in order to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs
• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of development programs
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract
• Monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules, and cost commitments
• Manage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures
• Identify existing or potential program risks and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
• Assist with ensuring all required resources such as engineering, human resources, production, computer resources and licenses, and facilities are available for the program
• Act as one of the primary customer contact for program activities and participate in program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Participate in and contribute to internal cost, schedule, and technical reporting requirements
• Coordinate negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Oversee the generation, quality, and timeliness of all written customer deliverables and reports
Qualifications:
• Must Have An Active/Current Secret Clearance
• Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant project, program experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Strong people skills with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
• Ability to travel <25% of the time
Preferred Additional Skills:
• PMP certification or equivalent desired
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
