The role
As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide support to the PP&E programme to ensure the wider Commercial team are able to operate smoothly and that service level agreements are met.
Day-to-day, you’ll update and maintain the programme communication tool (CEMAR)
- Run weekly performance reports in relation to service levels.
- Process non-complex payments.
- Support the commercial team with ad-hoc requests.
- Update and maintain the commercial database in relation to programme costs.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home, and is based in Warrington.
Essential experience of the Commercial Administrator:
- Demonstratable experience working in an administrative environment (ideally handling reports of a financial or commercial nature)
- Experience providing support within a project environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, namely Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Experience managing a work diary effectively, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion with sensitive information.
