The role
This role will play a key part in the Programme Management Office (PMO) function within the Major Programme & Capital Reporting team to support in the delivery of the Capital Investment Plan and Transformation Programmes across the group. You’ll primarily be responsible for the PMO Systems and act as a Subject Matter Expert across the Development function.
The PMO Systems include a SharePoint Hub, MS Teams sites, Common Data Environment, Power BI Apps, and a Contract Management System. You’ll be accountable for these PMO Systems and line manage the PMO Administrator. You’ll be responsible for the document life cycle (author, approve, publish, revise, retrieve, retire, archive) and act as the relationship manager with the systems providers.
You’ll also provide monthly reports on usage and maturity, carry out audits and capture continuous improvement opportunities.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll have proven experience in PMO Systems and a background in construction or civil engineering. You’ll definitely have document management training / certification and experience with Aconex would be desirable. You’ll be commercially astute with a good working knowledge of project delivery ways of working with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also be an effective communicator and have experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
