This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the SSNA Programme, a long-term multibillion pound complex programme. Working with stakeholders from across various organisations, to lead, shape and influence the delivery of strategic enabling capabilities.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing:
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to be involved with the following
- Producing and delivering the managed transformation / change programme to ensure that the SSNA programme team has, and maintains, the right capabilities and infrastructure through the project lifecycle to deliver the programme's outcome.
- Ensuring that change is outcome focussed and impact of transformation / change (both internal / external) to the programme is identified, assessed, and reflected in project outcome.
- Developing relationships across multiple organisations to drive joint understanding and clear communications with respect to transformation, change and capability.
- Integration of change interventions with the ongoing delivery phase, future phases, and product / support solution maturity
- Development of transformation / change interventions that are coherent across parties to the programme and with the broader submarine delivery enterprise

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Understanding of, and success in, managing, measuring and implementation of change to business / programme operation
- Experience in complex, highly regulated, programmes or project
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions, companies and grade structures, and facilitating / influencing decision making at these levels
- Ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of the UK Defence sector and submarines would be advantageous

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work with RRSL.
