You will be supporting a diverse team at all levels and will interact with a number of other departments across the business. This role will offer variety or administrative and organisational tasks along with the opportunity to develop project support capabilities within the team.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. What You Will Be Doing:
You will will be supporting a diverse team at all levels and will interact with a number of other departments across the business. This role will offer variety or administrative and organisational tasks along with the opportunity to develop project support capabilities within the team.
- Supporting the Test and Trials Team organising travel, accommodation and logistics
- General office management (inc. Coupa, MIS, MiWorld Colleague)
- Project Support activities.
- Distribution and storage across paper based and electronic systems
- Maintenance of MS Excel based trackers
- Create and maintain documentation across several data management systems
- General admin for the team and other colleagues

- Experience of MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good attention to detail ensuring data accuracy
- Capable organisational skills
- Familiarity working to deadlines and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of MoD processes, structures, and management would be beneficial.

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
