The role
As a Relationship Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Skynet Programme is exploiting technological advances to deliver the next generation of military communication satellites to MOD, together with the equipment and services needed to monitor, protect, control and exploit them. This role will be a key enabler to work with the MOD and key stakeholders to collaborate and deliver the services needed.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Ensure that internal and external stakeholders are engaged
- Ensure that appropriate governance models are established and implemented
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and aligning collaboration with corporate and operational objectives
- Maintain the Collaborative Business Relationship Management System (CBRMS) documentation, which includes measuring and reporting on the collaborative performance objectives
- Record key account requirements regarding the modification of products and services, and provide information about the quality of key account people products and processes
- This role is full time working 37 hours per week and will be based onsite with hybrid working from home options. There is a requirement to travel between our sites in North Bristol, South Bristol and Corsham as part of this role.
Essential experience of the Relationship Management Lead:
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience in a project management environment
- Confident collaborator with experience working in partnership
- Someone who navigates change easily and continually seeks to learn and improve new skills
Qualifications for the Relationship Management Lead:
- A Level standard education or equivalent
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain > Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
