F-35 Operations Lead Staff to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals within our F-35 organization. This role is located

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 IPT management position supporting the F-35 program. This role will report to the Master Planning Integration (MPI) Senior Manager providing support for all planning activities under the F-35 Program Integration IPT.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and managing all required MPI meetings in accordance with the program rhythm
- Ensure metrics, reports, action items are organized and prepared for MPI leadership reviews and approvals
- Supports the organization of planning data and develops briefings for the Master Planning Integration Manager
- Lead and coordinate approvals for Program Management Directives (PMDs) related to the MPI organization, in accordance with PROPs and any other related program procedures
- Work closely with F-35's Data Integration and Visibility team as well as collaborate across all functions within the program to develop advanced concepts, techniques and requirements for new applications, tools and processes
- Facilitate and lead process improvement projects, implement improvement initiatives, and develop mechanisms to audit improved processes
- Lead focal integrator for incoming teammate furnished equipment (TFE) and government furnished equipment (GFE) schedule requirements
- Interface with customer counterpart as required for incoming TFE and support all audits
- The candidate also supports special projects as assigned by the Program Integration Director and Master Planning Integration IPT
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting, OR a Master's Degree with at least 13 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting
- Could also use : An additional 4-years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Must have 5 years project management in aerospace and defense in aircraft assembly or operations
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Program Management / Integration experience within the Aerospace industry
Salary Range: $136,300 - $204,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
