The Team:
A unique opportunity and fantastic time to join Manchester Airport Transformation Programme Team(MANTP) on our journey to 2025 and beyond. Our dedicated team of specialists were behind the launch of the brand-new extension to Terminal Two and now we’re on the next phase to transform the experience for passengers and airlines as we build on the UK’s global gateway to the North.
The role
This role will predominantly supporting Landside and Pier, however the team can support other aspects such as terminal, check-in & Airfield. As Change Manager you will assist the MTP Change Lead and support the successful delivery of the MANTP programme by overseeing roles critical to the management of operational change at the airport. It will be your job to coordinate the delivery process by supporting the development of the MANTP roadmap. Some of your accountabilities will include:
• Manage and update project plans over the lifecycle of the project.
• Analyse the change required for tech led projects to realise the benefits and success fully implement the change.
• Provide efficient reporting on all aspects of projects.
• Support the liaison with BAU teams to achieve the successful integration of BAU activities into MANTP.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and embed change, culture &deliverables.
• Responsible for supporting the project teams through matrix management of resources.
• Ensure infrastructure design enables business case outcomes, such as facilities within a car park, terminal, or aircraft parking stand.
• Assist with the development of training material, user guides and familiarisation plans including operational trials and implementation plans.
• Raise visibility of any risks or challenges in a timely manner to the Change Lead for resolution to ensure projects remain on track.
