About the role
You will be responsible for leading the solutions and assisting in delivering large programs. You will lead, mentor and coach a team of technical leads & Software Engineers, involved in the design, development and deployment of large, mission critical applications for on-prem and cloud. You will have the opportunity to define the road-map of evolution of the current technology stack and product technology road-map for IS-Corporate, and also design and implement new solutions using latest, proven industry solutions. We need your experience in driving innovation to ensure that systems drive value to the business and customers.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering solutions and architectures for IT projects / programs.
- Ability to work closely with cross functional teams and leaders (SMs and above), in a multi-cultural environment.
- Provide technical mentoring to the technical leads and review / contribute to the artefacts delivered, including Technical Architecture, Functional and Non-functional requirements, Interface specifications and high level design documents.
- Drive Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
- Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural and business needs
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
- Lead root cause analysis of reported critical incidents in operational production systems and recommend/ ensure implementation of effective preventive actions to avoid repetition.
- Implement automation to improve monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of Production systems
- Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.
- Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
- Liaise with external 3rd party suppliers and internal departments / IT teams to collaborate and design and implement robust solutions and interfaces between applications
- Ensure system designs are manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, cost effective whilst addressing business requirementsesponsible for ensuring that all application Non-Functional Requirements are met, ensure thorough testing of NFRs and ensure corrective / preventive actions.
Qualifications
Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT industry.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
- Very strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies like C#, SQL, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow).
- Strong understanding of application architecture, identification of NFR and Cloud Cyber Security Questionnaires.
- Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
- Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 – Customer Service Module.
- Experience DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Expertise in area(s) of Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration patterns and software design and development
- Domain expertise on Airport Domain would be added advantage
- Ability to recognize industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understands how they apply to different units in QR
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
