Tasks
As an Engine MRO Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Procurement of MRO services and parts for the successful maintenance of GEM engines (centralized and decentralized)
- Active cost controlling and provision of necessary KPIs and data for superiors and the Group
- Proactive screening and selection of new profitable MRO providers worldwide. Design and negotiation of framework and service agreements. Monitoring and management of the portfolio
- Leading strategic negotiations with the support of the commercial teams in the execution of highly complex MRO tenders. Securing the necessary contract approvals in compliance with the financial guidelines within the LHG Group.
- Management of contractual risks from supplier contracts and agreements. Preparation and initiation of backup / mitigation solutions.

Requirements
Are you interested? Then you should at least meet the following requirements.
- High school diploma, (technical) university degree in economics/ engineering/ computer science, law or comparable, several years of relevant professional experience
- Communication and negotiation skills, intercultural competence, ability to deal with conflict, organizational talent, flexibility, analytical/conceptual thinking, entrepreneurial thinking, strong cost/benefit awareness
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English
