We are hiring an HR Assistant based in Nantes, France who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
This is a permanent and full-time position, reporting to the HR Director - with dotted lines to the French HR Generalists - and will be based in Nantes Bouguenais airport.

What you will do:
- Be responsible for the medical examinations process (liaise with medical check providers, schedule appointments for employees, cover the administrative tasks of the medical examinations including contracts and invoices, endure an updated tracking of medical examinations for all our French employees).
- Support employees in their personal social & administrative queries or initiatives (ex: Social security registrations with high level of internal customer care).
- Support our HR generalists in some administrative tasks regarding contracts integrations and exits (fill in and update the internal HR system, proceed with health insurance registrations (mutuelle) and in some other process or benefits management (Digiposte platform, Ticket Restaurant, etc.)
What you will need:
- Degree in HR/Administration field.
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, with writing skills.
- Caring conscious; being passionate for working with People.
- Fluent in English is a must, Spanish will be a plus.
- Proactivity: High sense of anticipation.
