Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the SIN Sales department, under SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) for booking and ensuring all passenger names are in the booking.
- Ensuring timely ticketing for group bookings prior to the deadline
- Managing internal ticketing processes, facilitating communication among travel agents, Agency Sales Account Managers, and Ticket Office personnel
- Addressing booking service inquiries, such as meal requests, name constraints, passenger substitutions, updating infant details, KrisFlyer membership numbers, and passport information
- Identifying and rejecting duplicate group bookings, providing external comments detailing flight information, itinerary, confirmed fare, and group size
- Generating bookings for confirmed groups at seasonal or approved special fares within the Agency Group Management (AGM) system
- Notifying travel agents of increased fares and facilitating renegotiation
- Updating deposit amounts and seat numbers in Agency Group Management (AGM) upon receiving agents’ deposit forms or contracts
- Monitoring deposit deadlines using the PODS daily report and sending email reminders to agents before the deadline.
- Handling inquiries on the Group Desk phone line
- Performing any other assigned duties
Requirements
- A diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in ticketing system (ARD) will be an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
