Finance Transformation Manager
The role of Finance Transformation Manager is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a real interest in driving process improvements to join the Finance Transformation team.
The role reports into the Head of Finance Transformation and is responsible for the delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme. The Programme is designed to achieve Finance function effectiveness and drive cost performance, through a common set of finance processes that will reduce the overall cost of the function while driving productivity and better decision making.
Key accountabilities
- Understand and drive process, data and system improvements to deliver the Transformation Programme
- Utilise project management skills to ensure delivery of change initiatives are achieved on time and on budget
- Partner and coordinate processes with IAG and other Opcos, GBS, Group Reporting, Finance Services, IAG Tech and the user community
- Communicate technical and business (non-technical) messages in a format suitable to be understood and adopted across the key stakeholder groups
- Lead and inspires a team to implement and deliver improvements
- Supplier management of third parties
About you
- Knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (FinOps, Controllership, Planning and Business Partnering) (essential)
- Experience of design and implementation of robust, practical and sustainable internal controls
- Technologically astute
- Experience in delivering projects within a change programme
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) (desirable)
- SAP knowledge (desirable)
