Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write and edit communications for passenger announcements, promotional emails, and operational text messages.
- Ensure all content reflects the airline's voice and adheres to our brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to create cohesive and informative messages.
- Monitor and respond to feedback to improve the clarity and effectiveness of communications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate new communication techniques as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or writing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital communication tools.
