Job title: Computer Aided Design (CAD) Support

Salary: £47,683 + depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Incident and Request Management for CAD services
- End user CAD Toolset Support
- Development, Integration, Testing, Certification and Deployment of new and updated CAD toolsets
- Managing and reporting against Security Incidents (vulnerability remediation)
- Supporting Licence Renewal, Purchasing, Hosting and Utilisation Monitoring activities
- Transitioning services into a defined service model via Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR)
- Access Management (through “in app” configuration or Active Directory)
- Infrastructure Monitoring
- Hardware evaluation, testing and monitoring
- Creating and Maintaining Stakeholder Lists and supporting communication exercises
- IT Governance to ensure that services in scope of the role follow set IT and security policies
Your Skills And Experiences
- Ability to operate independently to investigate and resolve issues as they rise
- Wide ranging experience of CAD applications, installations, and configurations (primarily Siemens NX and CATIA)
