You will be a part of the OCC, working closely with the entire dedicated Operations Team in Norse, our fantastic crew as well as the entire global Norse organization.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Arranging long-term and short-term crew accommodation, transport, and flight bookings.
• Monitoring and changing long-term and short-term changes to crew accommodation, transport, and flight bookings.
• Working closely with Crew Control and re-planning to assist with any changes necessary.
• Communicating with airlines, hotels, and transport companies to change and or seek refunds on unused/cancelled rooms and flights.
• Cross checking hotel stays, transport and flights that have been used.
• Communicating with crew regarding travel arrangements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Extreme organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence
• Ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to live and work in Norway.
