Responsibilities and Duties
- Completion of the short-term crew replanning based on EASA regulations, crew qualifications and operational requirements
- Monitor duty times/block hours of crew members and remove/replan where necessary
- Crew member replacement and duty roster changes in the event of operational requirements, sickness, or similar absences
- Liaise with Crew Planning for long-term changes or disruptions
- Strong collaboration with Crew Planning, crew control OCC Control, Ground Control, Flight Operations, Ground Operations and HR
- Arrange, oversee, and adjust crew proceedings, transfers, and hotels
- Preparation of internal and CAA (civil aviation authority) re-ports
Required qualifications and certifications(required)
- Ability and right to live and work in Norway
- At least two (2) years of experience in crew control, crew planning, logistical planning, or a similar position
- Very good knowledge of EASA, crewing related systems, booking systems and MS Office
- Previous experience with PDC Airline Suite will be appreciated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
