Always dreamt of doing things differently? Join us at Norse Coders, Norse Atlantic Airways' tech and innovation unit, where we work on Norse's future competitive advantages to become a challenger airline. We think differently and we act differently, that's why as an airline we are headquartered in a town with no airport. We are not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom and test new ideas. We are a data-driven product organization powered by a team of developers, product managers, data scientists, and a bunch of potatoes (a Norwegian term for people who can do a little bit of everything).
If these prospects inspire you, then we want to talk to you!
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our agile and dynamic product organization, Norse Coders, where you will closely collaborate with a team of talented software engineers, data scientists, and product managers. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accessibility of our data, enabling the Norse Coders team to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
Joining Team Norse is more than getting a job. It is all about belonging.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles, preferably in a business or technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, data models, and infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
