Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with managing merchants’ operations on SIA’s Digital Lifestyle Platform (Kris+).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of merchants which involves duties such as content review and creation/ update of merchant’s in-app content, including set up of marketing campaigns in Kris+ system.
- Part of the team performing merchant visits around Singapore to ensure Kris+ collaterals are displayed and participating merchants are advocates of Kris+, including training of merchant frontliners.
- Support merchant frontliners/HQ on finance and operational matters through helpdesk email & whatsapp hotline, including setup/ update of SAP (Finance system).
- Manage stocks of Kris+ merchant materials, including dispatch of Kris+ materials to merchants.
- Assist in the development of merchant training guides/ videos.
- Perform administrative duties that contribute to the effective management of Kris+ merchants.
- Provide valuable insights from the ground and market intelligence e.g. competitors’ and/or trending sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Possesses a diploma in any discipline with good academic results.
- Experienced in an administrative role and is digitally savvy.
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
