TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer charter process
- By issuing a schedule for the flight
- By issuing a commitment advice to all departments involved (ad-hoc & regular charters)
- By co-ordinating special conditions, requirements with responsible departments (ad-hoc & regular charters)
- By maintaining a full & clear overview of all charters planned ex A3 and regular update to all related A3 stations
- By co-ordinating with all parties at origin/destination for any special loading, trucking (RFS/DDX) requirements, etc.
- By co-ordinating with customers for all operations related matter of each charter flights
- By co-ordinating MAWB & ULD stocks
- By making sure all internal systems (iCargo, Dashboard, CRM, PFO, Charter APP, etc.) are being updated on a timely manner
- By co-ordinating billing matters (ad-hoc & regular charters) with A3 Finance & customers
- By handling cargo tracking and irregularities if any
- By filing documents and all communication of the flight (ad-hoc & regular charters)
Analyse and handle requests and requirements of customers
- By checking feasibility (routing, airport infrastructure, load, aircraft and crew availability)
- By calculating cost of the operation
- By giving out quotations to customers and co-ordinate quotes internally.
Promote Charter Services
- By keeping close relationship to customers through calls, mails and visits
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 2-3 years cargo sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure; Self-motivated, Reliable, Independent; Good team player
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Advanced IT knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Working on Weekends and Public Holidays maybe required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- It is a full-time temporary position (24-month) based in Hong Kong
- Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way so as to avoid conflicting with service and business requirments and with other teams members
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours
