POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Formulate and establish Talent Management & Succession Planning strategy for MAHB and drive continuous improvement of related processes that enable the Company to recruit and retain identified talents in line with the Company’s objectives
Essential Position Functions
- Lead overall planning, implementation and monitoring of Talent Management process that includes Talent identification, Assessment, People Review Process, Succession Planning Process, HIPO & Emerging Talent Development, career planning, mentoring and coaching.
Talent Management
- Formulate and establish Talent Management strategy that enable the Company to recruit and retain identified talents.
- Ensure the effectiveness of Talent Management programs within the Company.
- Provide advisory function on Talent Management areas.
- Formulate and develop talent development framework and Journey for Talent Group.
- Engage with Talent Development.
Talent Development
- Formulate Talent Development Framework for High Potentials and Talents
- Assesment Centre
- Plan, develop and ensure successful implementation of the assessments tools
- Manage profiling tools, assessment process and results.
Succession Management
- Formulate and develop succession management framework
- Conducting People Review (Succession Planning) session.
- Ensure the effectiveness of development interventions for Talent and Successor – Personal Development Plan
Competency Management
- Develop, implement and monitor strategies for Malaysia Airport’s competency management
- Driving initiatives – Competency Modelling, Conducting TNA and Developing & Monitoring IDP
Career Management
- Provide advisory function to Learning & Development pertaining to Career Path Matrix framework for Generalist, Specialist, Talent Pool and Airport Managers .
Talent Strategy
- Involve and ensure the execution of any improvement initiatives introduce by Khazanah or any relevant government agencies.
- Monitor and ensure improvement initiatives on the action plan or findings report from LDA.
- Collaborate and maintain rapport among GLC, Khazanah and TalentCorp to ensure successful implementation of all initiatives
Talent Mobility
- Develop talent mobility with international/ local organization
Management Trainee Programme
- Develop framework for Strategic Talent Accelerated Readiness Programme
- Plan development programme for the Trainees
- Responsible for the selection process of service provider/ training provider/ vendor
- Lead the selection process of management trainees
Key Challenges
- Slow buy-in from talents and business units affects development plan, establishment of talent pool and success of cross program

Relevant Industries
External
- Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Education
External
- Degree preferably with Human Resource or Administration
- Master Degree would be an added advantage
