Kuwait Airways is actively recruiting for the position of Administration & Personnel Officer in Kuwait Airways Office, Germany-Frankfurt. in this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Tasks and Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
- Provide customer service support to passengers by addressing their concerns, processing claims, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, to investigate and resolve passenger claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger claims and resolutions, and provide regular updates to management on claim trends and issues.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, and schedules appointments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources or an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
