Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Documentary Acceptances
- Shipment Data Capture
- Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
- Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Preparation NOTOC
- Close out flight
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Customer contact (Notify customer)
- Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
- Debit charges
- Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent desirable
- Professional experience desirable
- Fluency in English and other language required
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM required
