Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of E-Ops and Innovation Department in Flight Operations Division. He/She will be a single point of contact for all digital systems with respect to various systems used by pilots and flight operation staff, on both aircraft and ground infrastructure. In addition, he/she will participate in the planning and implementation of various Digital projects for Flight Operations division, that support the business needs and operational goals of the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with users from various departments to ensure implementation of the Flight Ops Division IT plan.
- Work with Engineering Division for aircraft projects related deployments and support
- Conduct business process re-engineering and regular audits to support regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive requirements for new systems or system enhancements
- Coordinate IT activities for the division and liaise with IT Division and Engineering for deployments.
- To be the focal for pilots and ground staff on operational system queries and support.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT
- Those with Engineering degree and experience or knowledge with aircraft systems are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business technology/ support in an organisation with exposure to operation/business project deployments.
- Those with Engineering degree and experience or knowledge with aircraft systems are preferred.
