Tasks
As Manager Used Aircraft Procurement you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Leading high-value global purchasing projects for the procurement of used aircraft, engines and material packages with the aim of ensuring constant access to cost-effective Used Serviceable Material (USM)
- Strategic development of used aircraft purchasing activities, including negotiation of cooperation agreements with lessors, airlines and MRO companies
- Participation in bidding processes and conducting negotiations
- Identification, expansion and further development of networks, business opportunities and new sources
- Responsibility for and implementation of profitability analyses of procurement projects
- Negotiation of complex purchase and sales contracts under high time pressure

Requirements
- Completed business or technical studies.
- Several years of professional experience in an international and strategic environment.
- Strong business acumen and solid technical understanding.
- Experience in negotiating extensive contracts in English and knowledge of contract law.
- Ideally, experience in developing concepts, strategies, and decision papers, considering corporate and economic principles.
- Fluent in English for business purposes and proficient IT skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly both domestically and internationally.
