Head of Services Management Europe (all genders)
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- At regional level, qualify customers’ needs and channel services opportunities to assist our customers in meeting their challenges.
- Propose solution to solve a customer business problem when Amadeus products do not suffice.
- Develop and orchestrate, in accordance with Amadeus’ core capabilities and offers, the delivery of service proposals.
- Represent the Service organization in the Region to enforce service processes and to build the required structure to develop the business within the regional specific context.
- Steer and manage the Services execution in compliance with the Amadeus commitments towards the customers.
- Manage the scoping process to identify and mobilize the right resources for the missions.
- Qualify the needs and expectations from the customers, to elaborate successful and relevant value proposals to customers.
- Be the cornerstone to develop the professional services business by supporting sales and account teams in all service-related initiatives.
- Monitor the execution of a service delivery in compliance with the proposal (ie. costs, invoicing, contribution margin) and the customers’ expectations.
- Represent the Airlines Services Organization (and by extension the Global Delivery Management Entity when relevant) in customers' steering committees.
- Identify and select relevant 3rd parties/partners to deliver added value proposals to customers jointly with Amadeus.
- Elaborate and execute a regional partnership strategy, in liaison with Global partners managed centrally
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Manage the allocation resources dedicated to Services in the region (own service resources + resources mobilized from other organizations + resources from 3rd parties).

About The Ideal Candidate
- Master’s Degree in Science or Management.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least significant references in a similar position for an international software vendor, a major IT Services provider, or a leading Consulting firm.
- An experience in the Airline industry is a plus.
- Has a track record of solving customer’ pain points and recognized for delivering value.
- Has experience as a business developer with a strong project management background. What we can offer you
